It changes; I always focus on the muscle areas I'd want to improve. My week looks like this:
- Monday: Arms
- Tuesday: Shoulders
- Wednesday: Legs
- Thursday: Chest
- Friday: Back
- Saturday: Any body part that needs development
- Sunday: Day Off
What type of cardio do you do:
Occasional Cycling, Swimming, Boxing and high intensity interval training
General régime during dieting:
Morning: 100 g rolled oats , 25 g Iso Whey Zero (1 Scoop)
During the day: 100-150g brown rice, white potato, sweet potato , 800g of either (chicken breast, beef, steak, fish, turkey and vegetables) divided into four meals with vegetables
