Weekly training routine:
- Monday: arms
- Tuesday: shoulders
- Wednesday: rest day
- Thursday: back + biceps
- Friday: chest, Saturday: legs, abs, calves alternately at the end of each training session
The type of cardio you do:
walking on a flat and then inclined treadmill, 30-45 minutes
General regime when dieting:
chicken breast, rice, oat flakes + cucumber, broccoli, lettuce
Dietary supplements you use:
glutamine, BCAA, protein, Vitamins C and D, multivitamins
Favourite training method:
When doing weight training, I decrease reps at one exercise for each muscle group or do some forced reps, depending on the particular muscle group. Thus, they don’t get used to the same load.
