- Breakfast: 3 eggs as scrambled eggs, fried eggs or hard-boiled eggs (1 whole + 2 egg whites) + 2 bars of puffed rice
- Snack: 1 cup of oat flakes with 1 serving of protein
- Lunch: 1 serving of brown rice + (broiled chicken, turkey, beef) with steamed vegetables
- Snack: mixed vegetables + (broiled chicken, turkey, fish)
- Dinner: Fresh salad + broiled fish
