Weekly training routine:
4 training sessions a week during foundation training, 5-6 sessions a week during competition diet. Back, hamstrings twice per session a week
What type of cardio do you do:
towards the end of the diet, if I'm not satisfied with density, I use the stepping machine
General régime during dieting:
steamed beef / grilled chicken / grilled fish / steamed chicken breast, rice in decreasing amounts, starting from 500g a day, and vegetables
Dietary supplements you use:
Nitro Pure Whey, during diet Iso Whey, Glutamine, BCAA / during building Liquid, during diet 3D/ Creatine Phx, Brutal Crea ATP, Anadrol, Daily Pack, Isotonic.

I do 4*8 series most frequently.
