Weekly training routine:
I have 6 trainings (each workout focusing on different muscle groups) per week in a gym and every day I have also gymnastics training where I practise my fitness routine.
What type of cardio do you do:
I don't do classical cardio trainings as bike or stepper but every day I practise my routine and have gymnastics trainings so it is my usual type of cardio.
General régime during dieting:
- Breakfast- 5 eggs, oat and vegetables
- Snack- cottage cheese
- Lunch- chicken breast, rice, vegetables (tomato, paprika)
- After training- Protein Nitro pure whey gold
- Dinner- tuna fish, vegetables (pumpkin and carrot)
- Before bedtime – casein
