Two-time Hungarian Olympic champion, kayak
She started kayaking in KSI (Central Sports School) in 1996. She won the silver medal at the Junior European Championship. She won two gold medals at the Junior World Championship in 2003. In the following year, she became the junior European champion in single and double events.
In 2005, she was the junior champion in two single events. She earned two silver medals in the 500m event at the U23 European Championship in 2006. She came in fourth in the single. She was in the national team at the European Championship in 2007. The came in first in the K2 1000m event at the continent championship. She won the bronze medal on the same distance at the World Championship. She was first on the double 1000m and single 500m events at the U23 European Championship. She was second in the K2 500m event. In 2008, she won the European Championship in the K4 200 and K2 500m events. She was second in the K4 500m event. She earned the silver medal in the kayak four at the Olympics. She and Szabó were the best in Europe at K2 500m in 2009.
She won the gold medal in relay. She won the World Championship in the K4 500 and K2 500m events. In 2010, she was K1 500m European Champion and silver medal winner in K4. In K2 she was the world champion at the World Championship. At the European Championship next year she won the K1 500m and K2 200m (Katalin Kovács) events, came in second on K4 500m and ninth on K1 200m. She was first on K4 500m and K2 200m, second on K1 500m and third in the relay at the World Championship in Szeged. She was voted Female Hungarian Paddler of the Year at the end of the year. She took the second place in K1 and the third place in K4 at the 2012 European Championship. She enters the Olympics in the single and K4 events.
Kozák also won the gold medal at the K4 500m team event at the 2012 London Olympics, then took the gold medal in the K1 500m as well.
At the 2013 European Championship she won the gold for K4 500m and the silver medal on K1 500m, while she was the most successful participant with 3 gold medals (K1 500, K4 500, K1 4*200) at the World Championship in Duisburg.
